Regional Vice President of Operations – Senior Living

A well-capitalised Senior Living operator is looking for a Vice President of Operations to take responsibility for a multi-site portfolio across Florida.
This is an operational leadership appointment. The business is performing and intends to grow. They need someone who can run what exists, absorb what is acquired and maintain standards throughout.
The role
You will have direct oversight of community-level operations across the portfolio. You will work closely with the executive team on growth strategy but your primary accountability is operational delivery.
This is not a corporate figurehead position. The business wants someone present, commercially sharp and capable of making difficult decisions when the situation requires it.
• Full P&L responsibility across a multi-site portfolio
• Occupancy, staffing, quality and resident experience
• Operational integration of new acquisitions and openings
• Direct line to the executive team on performance and growth
• Accountability for regulatory compliance across all communities
The person
You will have built your career in Senior Living. You understand the operational complexity of the sector. the regulatory environment, the staffing market, the relationship between quality and commercial performance.
You will be comfortable at board level but fundamentally an operator. People will have worked for you, and they will have stayed.
• Proven multi-site operational leadership within Senior Living
• Track record of maintaining quality through periods of growth
• Commercially literate with direct P&L experience
• A leader people follow, not just a manager people report to
• Settled in the US market and familiar with its regulatory landscape
